Hey sis! I’m Tina Feamster, and I am so excited to have you here!! I’m crazy about Jesus, coffee, and my family. I am a happy wife, momma, and Nonnie. I remember what it was like to love Jesus with all of my heart and still dislike myself. I know what it’s like to receive God’s grace and still feel out of place.
Before I learned the truths and methods, I am going to share with you here, I believed I was powerless to change. I was overwhelmed and unfulfilled. I definitely did not trust myself. I would set goals and never achieve them because I believed I couldn’t. When you don’t believe you can, you don’t.
As a certified coach, I have been called to inspire hope in the heart of Christian women who have lost sight of just how powerful God made them to be. I know you feel like you are flawed and need to be fixed but I’m here to tell you that you are perfectly acceptable right now. All of those lies you have believed about yourself are going to be exposed and expelled and you are going to walk free. I am living proof that there is hope! I know the way out of this pit and I am going to shine the light for you. I’m bringing my own journey, twenty plus years of coaching experience, my 23:7 methods and most importantly God’s truth to show you the way!
You can enjoy your existence and be full of peace, joy, and contentment. You can actually enjoy your life!

3- As a Christian Woman Are You Using the Wrong Tools to Assess Your Personal Worth and Value?
Is it possible that some of the self-image beliefs you developed, as a young person, are wrong?
You began understanding who you are from the moment you were born. Your self-image formed as you took in information from the people, situations and circumstances around you. As a three year old, five year old, elementary student, middle school student and young adult, every day you took in information and did your best to make sense of it.
You were little but you were learning just how wanted, accepted and valued you were. Did you filter the input correctly?
I am of the opinion that during our formative years most of us learned how to assign a personal value with improper tools.
This understanding brought my soul a level of freedom I hope you also find as you listen today.
