Welcome to season 3 episode 20  of The Chinanna Show podcast. In today's episode we discuss the different types of  manifestation, and how we can use these methods  to  manifest the things that we want in our lives. Using these methods is a more straightforward and conscious way of putting energy into the universe to get what you want.

Laurel went to UWI and graduated with first class honors for a major in Animal Biology and minor in Psychology. she  struggled with depression, suicidal thoughts and schizophrenia, she's  mental health advocate who believes in a holistic approach to mental wellness. her Instagram (@spectaculaurthoughts) is aimed at providing a sense of community for others who struggle with mental health issues or just to provide motivation to get through life in general while  her YouTube (SpectacularThoughts) is mostly her  sharing her  story and being vulnerable about her journey.

Episode take away :

  • Some of the most  common types of manifestation include: scripting, visualization, words of affirmation and the pillow method.
  • Scripting includes journaling and descriptive writing of what you want and how you will feel once you get this.it helps you to create a picture of what you are trying to manifest.
  • Visualization is picturing what you want in your mind and constantly reflecting on it to bring it into the present moment.
  • Words of affirmation  is speaking positivity In your life, over the goals you're working to achieve as words do have power.
