Amber has booked the latest flight home for Christmas Eve in the hopes of avoiding the majority of her family's celebrations, as well as Uncle Jerry's infamous drunken dance to 12 Days of Christmas, while Sara has been forced to work the last Christmas Eve shift at the airport bar when she would literally rather be anywhere else. The two are unsatisfied with their lot, until a mysterious stranger offers them a wager to read their fortunes and change their present, but as she reads their cards hidden things are revealed and spirits of the past return....after all, Christmas is the perfect time for ghosts.
