Dr. Sharmin Aktar is the Clinical Director of The Mind Remedy and a HCPC-registered Counselling Psychologist with over eight years of experience in the mental health field. Her therapeutic approach is integrative, drawing on Cognitive Behavioural Therapy (CBT), Psychodynamic Therapy, and Cognitive Analytic Therapy (CAT) to create tailored treatments.
