In this episode, I will be discussing the emotional state that is fear and how we determine the level of fear we all suffer with. Understanding the effects fear have on us will help in overcoming and dealing with those fearful moments. I'll be discussing the common fears; failure, rejection and judgement as well as the primary fears that all of us humans feel. I've drawn on specific experiences mentioned in my story in the previous episode, and how I've dealt with the various fears that did their best to hold me back. Enjoy!
