10 | 55 Marathons in 55 Days, 24hrs on a Treadmill and "535 for Cad". Running Coach, Matt Daniels on Why He Does What He Does.

Have you ever been inspired to do something incredible? What was it that inspired you? Did you follow through and complete that feat or did you leave it purely as thought?

Inspiration can come in many forms. For some, it's family and wanting to lead by example. For others, it's the stories of others that kick them into gear. Regardless of the catalyst however, inspiration can lead to some powerful life changes. Matt Daniels' story is no different. And his life changes have indeed been powerful.

Inspired by the story of Andrew Cadigan, Matt has completed some incredible feats of physical and mental resilience, from running Adelaide to Geelong, completing 55 marathons in 55 days to spending 24 hours on a treadmill and completing 535 consecutive half marathons. His ability to explore and push his limits is something to behold.

Today, we explore Matt's background, how he discovered Cad's story, what lead him to breaking world records and clocking up an insane amount of kilometres on his body, raising thousands and thousands of dollars for The Leukaemia Foundation in the process.

An incredible conversation and one that left me wondering what I could possibly achieve, Matt's story is a brilliant listen.
