The Change Man Interviews - with Kosha Joubert

The Change Show with Simon Phillips

In this episode, Simon Phillips interviews Kosha Joubert, CEO of Pocket Project, a non-profit organisation focused on healing the collective trauma in our communities, organisations and countries across the world. Indeed, Kosha was a co-host of the 2019 and 2020 Online Summit on Collective Trauma.

Kosha shares how growing up in South Africa under Apartheid shaped her and how she has dedicated her life to the healing of divides and collective trauma ever since. Kosha has received the Dadi Janki Award for engaging spirituality in life and work and the One World Award for her work with the Global Ecovillage Network. The episode concludes with Kosha sharing her favourite track for The Change Show Playlist, 'Kothbiro' by Ayub Ogada.
