Jaagruti Didwania and Sejal Maheshwari are 2 inspiring women who are co-leading the Blue Divide project, an endeavour to amplify the lives, voices, struggles and strengths of women confined by the intersectional divide created by gender, class, and the nature of work in the informal economy. Jaagruti is most passionate about women’s rights and equality and wants to use market-oriented solutions to solve some of the issues being faced by women today and Sejal is particularly passionate about women empowerment and continues to pick her battles on a day-to-day basis.
