This episode explores some interesting ways in which occasions are marked across India. I’m joined by Katie and Luke, travel vloggers known as The Ungraceful Guide as they share their experiences of enjoying and participating in various celebrations and occasions across India.

We hear about Katie and Luke’s adventures through the Holi festival, also known as the Festival of colour in Hampi; the ‘passionate’ and elaborate border closing ceremony between India and Pakistan; and the nightly ceremony in the Golden Temple in Amritsar, the spiritual home of Sikhism, in which their holy book is ‘put to bed’ and tucked in.
