Meet the Carolinian Poet: Joanne Marisse P. Tan graduated Doctor of Arts in Literature and Communication at Cebu Normal University and is an alumna of the University of San Carlos through her bachelor's degree in Secondary Education Major in Communication Arts. She was a former coordinator of Sentro ng Wika at Kultura region 7 in USC and was able to publish a translation book written by Uldarico Alviola entitled Felicitas.
