Meet the Carolinian Poet: I am Samuel Perez Mendez II, born in Tarlac City and moved and lived in Qatar for ten years before coming to Cebu. I am from Humss-12C. I have a deep appreciation and passion for the arts, even going so far as to have filmmaking as one of my aspirations in life. I also deeply believe in the importance of history and journalism in our society and subsequently acknowledges the power art can have in the world.
