These are questions that are now being actively discussed and debated by both employers and employees. To get a sense of where Gen Z stands, and how employers are responding, we had a chat with Dubai-based HR professional Nashrah Siddiqui. As someone with their finger on the pulse for various generations, she helped us understand the challenges of the "new normal", and what fresh graduates need to keep in mind when hunting for jobs.
