In this episode I am sharing 5 books that I have absolutely loved reading from 5 amazing authors! I have always been on the go, however knowing to slow down is really important. Rest is Resistance by Tricia Hersey was a book I really enjoyed especially at a pivotal time when I was seeking REST and unsubscribing from hustle culture. Similar to this is the Afrominimalist. While I dont provide a full synopsis, you'll get enough to want to add them on your shopping cart. Diversify your library with these amazing books!
