
In this episode, we spoke with Bukky Williams on gender inequality in Nigeria and sundry matters. Bukky is an Executive Director of "Education As A Vaccine", an organization that works with young people to advance their right to health and protection from all forms of violence. Bukky previously worked as the Program Coordinator for Nigerian Women in Agricultural Research for Development, NiWARD. And prior to moving back to Nigeria to work at NiWARD, she was the Darfur Dream Team Sister Schools Program Manager at the Enough Project, a project of the Center for American Progress to end genocide and crimes against humanity. Bukky holds a Bachelor’s degree in Global Policy Studies at Chatham University, Pittsburgh, PA. She also holds a Master’s in International Peace Studies with a focus in Development and Peace from the University for Peace in San Jose, Costa Rica.
