In conversation with Alvin Meledath is a recent International Grad from Vancouver Island University based out of Victoria Canada previously with Bell Canada and Royal Bank. Presently Alvin serves in Tech Client Experience At Softchoice & CX at Wonsulting. Passionate to help others find opportunities and support Alvin co-created Customer Buds to uplift the next generation of client focused professionals and provide them with mentorship and access. . . In this episode we discussed his journey from India to Canada; the importance of mentorship and nurturing the development human capital. We talked about the need to access great talent in Canada and across the Globe. In addition, we talked about how young talent, that is, university graduates have a limited view into to the true nature of the varied entry level Sales roles whether it be In-Bound Sales, Out-Bound Sales; Business Data Analytics; and/or Customer Success to name a few and what his company is doing to bridge that gap.
