In this episode, podcast host Elizabeth Mintun is joined by Rachel Pradarelli. Rachel is the founder of Tranquilopa Wellness and she is a yoga and meditation teacher, and women’s wellness coach. Rachel shares her journey from working as a family nurse practitioner (where stress and emotional overload led her to a breaking point), to discovering the healing power of yoga, meditation, and nervous system regulation.

In this conversation Rachel also shares how she now helps women who feel stuck in cycles of stress by blending mindfulness, nervous system tools, body acceptance work, and deep self-awareness practices to help women build a more compassionate, connected relationship with themselves without needing to run on empty, “fix” themselves, or prove their worth.
