THAT is how important sleep is - so if you're not sleeping... listen up.  Not getting adequate sleep may be impacting your health and your happiness - not to mention your career.  In this episode i'm sharing the self hypnosis sleep hacks I used to go from worst sleeper in the world 🤪 --> to Sleep Champion 👸, including how to bypass the "Thinking Stage" and move into that dreamy jacuzzi for the brain that takes us into a deep, sound restful sleep.


I also touch on some of my fav lifestyle techniques that supporgt sleep - like nose breathing, morning sunlight and a nightly bedtime ritual.
