What makes Chuck unique is his interesting take on the real-life serial killers and blending them with factual informational as well as fictional elements. His films include HENRY: PORTRAIT OF A SERIAL KILLER 2 ((1996), ED GEIN aka IN THE LIGHT OF THE MOON (2000) and THE HILLSIDE STRANGLER (2004). We will also talk about his upcoming film POWDER BURNS and how he got involved with the industry and his immense knowledge of serial killers…
