Join Simon Ratcliffe and Duncan Barnes discussing all things veterinary orthopaedics in the new BVOA podcast! Simon and Duncan both sit on the committee of the British Veterinary Orthopaedic Association and thought it would be fun to host a podcast chatting with interesting guests about hot vet orthopaedic topics and scientific papers. Simon is an advanced practitioner based in Berkshire and Duncan is a RCVS specialist in Wiltshire. So, hopefully they’ll be interest here for all sorts of vets, nurses and physios, at the very least you can log it as CPD ;-)

In this episode Simon and Duncan talk to the Senior Vice Chairman of BVOA and RCVS specialist in orthopaedics Mark Bush. Mark tells us about his career and the BVOA mentoring scheme. We also discussed using CT modelled guides and plates, intraoperative radiography, shoulder arthrodesis, as well as two interesting radial fracture cases recently discussed on the BVOA discussion group.
