Welcome to my mini-series, Metamorphosis Monday! These mini-episodes are meant to help you start your week off with the right intention and mindset. Being anti-social is one thing, but taking time out for yourself is another. Alone time can be extremely beneficial for your mental health because it allows you to refocus and increase levels of motivation, creativity, and balance in your life. Between losing my uncle and dealing with the "Texas Winter Storm of 2021", this morning I highlight the lessons I've learned by consciously taking time out for myself, and recognizing the importance of simply enjoy my alone time.
