50. Lindsey Wimmer: The Star Legacy Foundation

Meet Lindsey, nurse practitioner and mother to three (earth-side) teenagers in Minnesota. It was nearly 20 years ago that Lindsay was pregnant with her first child, Garrett, when her worst nightmare took place at 38 weeks. Take a listen to learn how an annual birthday memorial for Garrett transformed into a nationwide non-profit, Star Legacy Foundation, of which Lindsay is the executive director.

P.S. Lindsey was named one of L’Oreal’s Top Ten Women of Worth in 2020 for the work she has done in stillbirth prevention!
