She is one of the most admired CEOs in the country: Niki Leondakis

Niki Leondakis is a powerhouse of a leader and a long time culture warrior. Her leadership, initially at Kimpton Hotels & Retaurants where she served as President and COO prior to becoming CEO at Two Roads Hospitality, and later CEO at Equinox Fitness. She's been a role model not only for myself, but hundreds of professionals across the country who are inspired by her unique combination of calm, steady strength in driving high performance coupled with her convicted passion to do the right thing for all. I'm particularly excited to talk to Niki because she truly walks her talk; her passion for culture, diversity and quality in the work place is something she models and leads by example.

Niki is a devoted Yogi, accomplished runner and dog mom to an adorable girl named Barbarella, who makes a guest appearance in Niki's social feed every now and then.
