Drawing on his diverse experience across multiple industries and business functions, Michael’s mission is to build more inspiring, creative and human workplaces. As a CPA, Certified Executive Coach, and professional photographer, he enjoys challenging traditional ways of thinking, and offers a unique perspective on creativity and innovation, leadership, and business transformation. Prior to establishing The Kobrin Group, Michael spent several years working for OMERS and Oxford Properties in a variety of senior risk, finance, and learning and development roles. His global work experience also includes positions at EY and Deloitte.
