If you have found yourself thinking you are a fraud or feeling like you don't belong Imposter Syndrome has most likely reared its ugly head in your life & or business. But you are not alone so many (estimated 70% of the US population has or will suffer from Imposter Syndrome at some point in their life) myself included.
One of the reasons it is harder today than ever before is due to Social Media and Instagram being a big culprit. We are trying to keep up with everyone else (especially celebrities) Everything we do is placed under a magnifying glass and one small mistake can be used against us.
