Most founders believe they need more time.
But if I gave you more time, you’d fill it with more chaos.
The truth is, you don’t have a time problem.
You have an energy problem.
In this video, I break down why traditional time management doesn’t work for high-performing professionals and founders who are already operating at full capacity.
You’ll learn:
• Why managing your state is more powerful than managing your schedule.
• How to build boundaries into your day that protect your focus and recovery.
• The best times to execute high value work versus when to recharge.
• How elite performers sustain output without burning out
This is about understanding your state, managing your physiology, and creating the conditions to perform, not just work harder.
If you’re a founder, executive, or leader who has tried all the productivity hacks and still feels stretched, this will help you recalibrate.
If you're struggling to action this with your diary, DM the word ENERGY for a free training
How to deal with failure is one of the biggest challenges facing any entrepreneur, CEO, or executive heading into 2026 and beyond.
This isn’t another motivational soundbite or glossy “how to win” episode. It’s a deep dive into the psychological mechanics of failure — how to fail faster, recover stronger, and keep performing when the pressure’s on.
You’ll learn:
This isn’t about being kind to yourself. It’s about learning how to lead yourself under pressure, how to hold the line when things fall apart, and how to move forward with clarity, precision, and intent.
If you’re a CEO, founder, or high performer who’s frustrated, plateaued, or feels like you’re “doing everything right” but still not progressing, this episode will show you how to keep attacking — even when you’re up against it.
Watch until the end for a breakdown of The Gap and The Gain framework and why failure is the most valuable data you’ll ever receive.

Tim’s work has had a massive influence on me. His mantra, “Believe It’s Possible,” reshaped how I think about ambition, negotiation, and performing under pressure.
We dive deep into:
His new book and how it will be a game changer for ambitious people to start taking relentless action when needed.
The art of possibility and how to play a bigger game in business and life
Building flow, focus, and self-awareness in the early hours of the day
What it really means to stop tolerating average and start leading with intent
How to balance huge ambition with being a present dad, husband, and leader
Tim’s “Make It Happen” mindset and how to use it in high-pressure moments.
Why reducing your proximity to pessimism is the ultimate success hack.
This conversation is about courage, conviction, and creating momentum when the odds are stacked against you.

Many are feeling the crunch right now.
On the surface, they look solid still performing, still showing up. But underneath, they’re tired, frustrated, and dangerously close to dropping their intensity to a subpar level.
In this episode, Will breaks down how the elite stay locked in and keep winning when everyone else starts to drift.
He shares how to:
Elite operators don’t chase extremes they do what’s necessary.
They know their baseline, they protect their health and longevity, and they understand that how they look, move, and recover directly reflects their emotional capacity.
This episode will help you realign, refocus, and regain control of your process heading into the back of the year.
If I could go back 10 to 15 years, these are the 12 lessons that would have completely changed how I trained, how I lived, and how I built business.
This episode isn’t about theory.
It’s about reflecting on what I would do differently to perform at a higher level if I could go back and speak to the man I was when I snapped my knee in half.
I break this one into three parts Training, Life, and Business and show you the core frameworks that separate those who keep surviving from those who keep evolving.
You’ll learn why building intent before action is the real marker of athletic and professional mastery.
Why regulating your inner game is the gateway to lasting performance. And why earning the right to progress in business starts with building the capacity to handle it.
If you’ve ever wondered what separates the high performer who sustains it from the one who burns out, this episode will give you the roadmap.

Most 6 and 7-figure business leaders don’t have a consistency problem, they have a clarity problem.
When you’ve been leading, building, and pushing for years, you realise the bottleneck isn’t effort, it’s direction. You’re stuck reacting to everything around you rather than deliberately creating your next level.
In this video, I break down the 5 biggest lessons I’ve learnt from working with 6 and 7-figure business owners who’ve gone from burnout and reactivity to clarity, alignment, and growth:
You need hard training, but you earn the right to train hard. Learn how to build metrics, recovery and objectivity into your performance to train like an athlete again.
Generic advice will never work for you. Your schedule, responsibilities and environment demand specificity, not another cookie-cutter “morning routine" but definitive action steps to build momentum within your current process.
When you hit a new level, you’ll want the next. Learn how to align your mindset, body, and business so progress compounds rather than collapses under pressure.
High performers crave pressure, not comfort. Why the easy road kills performance and how to embrace productive discomfort to stay sharp.
You’ve got to learn how to have fun again. Play and happiness are superpowers that most elite performers forget to use and if I'm honest this is one of my biggest work ons since BC.
If you’re a business owner or executive who’s hit that invisible ceiling, this will help you cut through the noise and find clarity before the end of the year.
This is about operating like an athlete again, leading, living, and performing with precision, not pressure.

What does it really take to keep leading, performing, and sustaining impact when the pressure never stops?
In this episode, I break down the 5 key drivers of leadership that separate those who plateau from those who rise:
Together, these five drivers form the foundation for any leader who wants to sustain high performance without burning out.
I also introduce the Realign & Recommit Protocol: a simple 3-step framework to evaluate where you are, choose one critical shift, and recommit with intention so that you’re not just “surviving” but actually leading with conviction.
Whether you’re a CEO, founder, or athlete turned executive, this conversation is about giving you a structure to assess yourself honestly and make deliberate changes that keep you effective under pressure.
This isn’t about hacks or quick wins it’s about standards, systems, and becoming the leader people trust when it matters most.
If you’re a leader, entrepreneur, or executive who refuses to settle for “average,” this episode will show you where to start and how to sustain the edge.

It’s easy for your standards to slip without you even noticing. Summer hits and suddenly it’s more BBQ's, more calories, more “I’ll get back to it later.”
But high performers don’t drift with the crowd, they hold the standard when others are wavering.
In this episode, I discuss the five red flags that you’ve shifted into cruise control and, more importantly, how to get your fire back fast.
Here’s what we cover:
The subtle mindset shift that turns your big targets into “nice to haves”
Why “doing more” before or after a holiday can destroy your progress
How comfort kills momentum in training, business, and life
Why elite performance is never about “more” it’s about focus.
The most significant sign you’ve lost your edge (and how to fix it instantly)
Plus, I’ll give you a performance reset plan to sharpen your training, dial in your nutrition, and get back to urgently attacking your goals.

Most people chasing success let themselves slip before they let their business or team down.
Why? Because they’ve lost connection with the mission, the destination, and the identity of the leader they need to become.
In this raw and honest episode, I break down what it really means to live a high performance life?
Not just in business, but in your body, mindset, and energy. This isn’t about motivation. It’s about standards. It’s about choice. And it’s about calling out the stories that keep you stuck in survival mode while pretending you’re operating at the top.
We’ll cover:
Why most high achievers still come last in their own process
The myth of “I don’t have time” and how to flip it
How to train, eat, and think like someone who leads under pressure
What the BFP standard really looks like in real life
This episode is for entrepreneurs, professionals, and leaders who are done being reactive and ready to lead with intentionality, intensity, and identity.
You’re not built for pressure until you can operate at pace and bring others with you.

The One Challenge I’ve Never Spoken About (Until Now)
As a high achiever, I’ve always taken pride in being the workhorse.
Relentless, consistent, always “on” to which that output level became part of my identity. But recently, being away forced me to face something I’ve never shared publicly: the guilt, anxiety, and internal pressure that came with trying to switch off.
In this episode, I set the scene of what it felt like to step away from the usual chaos and what I was bumping up against not just the fear of slowing down, but the belief that high performance can’t coexist with presence and peace.
I share my turning point, including insights from a powerful call with Jay Hedley, and how I shifted from compulsive doing to intentional execution. I combated this by stacking my week, permitting myself to be present, and still driving results.
You’ll hear how:
Key takeaways:
If you struggle with switching off, redefining success, or allowing yourself space without guilt, this one is for you.

How to run a personal AAR to unlock your next level
Why most people don’t improve (and how to fix that)
The mindset shift from "doing more" to "executing better"
A simple framework to review, recalibrate, and dominate your next move
Whether you’re a leader, entrepreneur, athlete, or just someone who refuses to settle, this debrief will challenge your thinking about progress.
