Today’s special guest is Jenny Lisk, a podcaster and author of the book ‘Future Widow’ to tell us about becoming a single parent.
This episode is very helpful as Jenny tells us about grief and preparation to grief, also known as anticipatory grief. Through explaining her story, we also learn about grief allies and the importance of support, processing and coping mechanisms and how being honest with kids is very important.
