Running a bingo hall is no small task. Week after week, while bingo players are praying they get to yell bingo, there's a manager making sure everything runs smoothly. At Bell-Jeff Bingo in Burbank, California that person is Ruben Alvara. In a few weeks he and his team will celebrate the location's anniversary.
