The Bridge Podcast was made to act as a bridge between two generations that don’t often get a chance to have in-depth conversations with one another.
Funded by the University of Toronto’s I.D.E.A.S. Grant and filmed at the CIUT-FM Radio Station, we filmed in March 2025.
We all worked really hard to bring you these stories - The podcast consists of four episodes, each one featuring a guest from a completely different history and background.
Each episode will be released weekly on YouTube, Spotify, Apple Podcasts, and all other major platforms!
We hope you enjoy watching or listening to the episodes as much as we enjoyed making them.

RICHARD SZUDY-THE BRIDGE PODCAST EP. #3 (Moving from Poland to Toronto, Environmental Work & More!)
This podcast was made possible by CIUT-FM 89.5, University of Toronto Community Radio. For more content visit https://ciut.fm/
In the third episode of The Bridge Podcast, we have a conversation with the amazing Richard Szudy, who moved to Canada at the age of 7, knowing not a word of English. In the episode, we talk about his struggles growing up in Canada when he did not know the language, how eventually moving to Toronto changed his perspective on the world, his admirable environmental work in Alberta and Egypt, and the importance of understanding that not everything is about you, amongst other great pieces of advice!
Thank you for watching, and we hope you enjoy!
