Breathwork Session - The 4-7-8 Method

Quality sleep is an integral piece of your overall health and fitness routine. One effective way to achieve this is to use a breathing exercise called the '4-7-8 Method' which is beneficial for promoting sleep and relaxation.

Rachel explains the steps and effects of the method, suggesting to practice it at least twice a day. Rachel also does a guided session of the 4-7-8 count sequence. This method is proven to be a natural tranquilizer and its efficiency broadens with repetition.
