This week, I’m talking to Quinn Tempest - an entrepreneur, speaker, brand strategist and founder of the Create Your Purpose Collective, and the Create Your Purpose philosophy, which is an entire system designed to help entrepreneurs create true meaning and impact through their life and business.

In this episode, we began with a chat about the power and creativity of bright colours - which we both absolutely love - and our conversation just got bigger and better from there!

In this episode, we talked about:

  • How to find your purpose, and why it’s so important to use it to drive your life and business forward
  • Quinn’s story from burnout so bad she ended up in the hospital, and how she turned it around to living a more purposeful and successful life that lights her up
  • How to overcome your own burnout and lack of focus, and go from “frazzled to fulfilled”, with clarity and courage
  • The difference between your purpose and your mission, and how to help one drive the other
  • How to use this knowledge to bring your vision for your business and life to reality
  • How figuring out what truly irritates the crap out of you can actually be a positive way to discover your purpose
  • Quinn’s own business and life habits that she uses to deal with her own continuing struggles with burnout
  • And how to do business in a way that feels good, or in Quinn’s own brilliant words: “sparkly and tingly”

This episode was all kinds of fun but also practical. Quinn helped me workshop my OWN purpose, LIVE on the call, and we also spoke about her own meditation style, and how discovering your purpose goes beyond the thinking mind, and actually is all about how you feel in your body.

We also talked about Queer Eye Season 5, and the joy of homemade tea lattes with oat milk, obviously.
