Brave Leadership : Guiding Your People to Adapt to Change

The fear of change is one of the most common fears in, what I call, The Fear Zone.  This is because change causes uncertainty, and certainty is a basic human need.  Yet we know many big brands who have failed, because they didn’t change fast enough.

In leading change, you need to understand the fear that underlies your team’s resistance and how to help them overcome it.

This event is designed for those in senior management roles.

Using my experience leading change in 3 uniquely different business turnarounds, I will share with you:

  • The difference between the fear that helps you and the fear that stops you
  • 3 questions to determine if fear is driving your strategic decisions
  • The 5 ways to reduce the fear of change
  • Understanding the different styles people use to change
  • The 3-step Brave Transformation process to move from the Fear Zone into the Brave Zone

You have taken the Brave Step of leading change.  This workshop will help you hone your skills and make you even more successful.

About your Speaker:

Cynthia Wihardja is a leadership coach with a 20-year track record of business achievements.  She draws on two unique experiences to help you improve your results: her intuition as a business practitioner to uncover the root cause of challenges, and the insight of a leadership coach to “C” level executives.

Cynthia has advised leaders at organizations such as Volvo, Colliers, SPIE, Standard Chartered Bank, Samsung, Gojek, DBS Bank, ActionCOACH, Covestro, Rieckermann, Bayer Pharmaceutical, Ecolab, as well as business owners of medium-sized companies.   She has served as their sparring partner, not just to transform mindset, but also to sharpen business strategies for growth.

Cynthia is an Asian woman, raised in America with a psychology degree from UCLA. She has invaluable hands-on experience spearheading a number of business turnarounds for a successful American Fortune 500 company in addition to establishing two thriving businesses of her own in Southeast Asia. She is living in the UK commuting to Asia as required. Her International cultural business savvy has helped many companies overcome the hidden hurdles as they enter new markets.
