David Rosowsky is a 30-year veteran of higher ed, with 15 years of academic leadership experience, he is both passionate about and deeply committed to promoting the power and potential of public universities. Currently David is the Vice President for Research (VPR) at Kansas State University, the nation's first operational land-grant university.
