Purpose Statement. Mission Statement. Vision Statement.
We’re all familiar with these terms…but what are they and what role do they play?
In this episode, Matt & Hien define each statement and share a famous example. They also share their thoughts on why these statements aren’t toss-in or throwaway and that they can do more harm for your company than good if you don’t put in the effort to live them day in and day out.
The purpose of this episode? To get businesses on the same page about what each statement is and their value.
The mission? Give clear definitions for each statement while drinking Fox River Bourbon courtesy of Ann Arbor Distilling.
The vision? To see each brand authentically live their purpose, mission, and vision.
If you’re down with that, then check out the episode. And make sure to check out the Brand Eulogy exercise to help you get started on your vision, mission, and purpose.
Cheers!
