Not only is he a former FBI hostage negotiator, but Chris Voss is also a founder, businessman, former CEO of The Black Swan Group, Ltd, and author of “Never Split the Difference Negotiating as if Your Life Depended on It.” Previously representing the U.S. government as an expert in kidnapping at conferences sponsored by the G8 and MasterClass instructor on negotiations, Voss is highly knowledgeable in high-stakes negotiations and international crises. He has taught business negotiation at Harvard University and in numerous MBA programs.
