Owen is joined by Craig McPherson, owner of CNC Wood Cutters. Job and career hopping aren't always seen as a good thing, something Craig acknowledges in this interview. But this is exactly what Craig has done from starting as a machinist journeyman, to large project management roles, to selling window blinds just to name a few jobs. It's within this diversity and hunger for new challenges and skills that Craig says his strengths lie. Every job and shift gives him new (proverbial) tools.
