This week Dani and Izzie dance their way into the world of K-Pop and love in "I'll Be the One" by Lyla Lee. In this book, Skye Shin enters the K-Pop reality competition TV show "You're My Shinning Star" in hopes of pursuing her dreams in the K-Pop world and prove to the world and her mom that fat girls CAN dance. Dani & Izzie discuss about standing up for yourself, representation in media/entertainment, and body image & beauty standards. Dani can't wait to go on a typical LA date, hopefully one that involves a ferris wheel that doesn't break, while Izzie thinks that Skye and Henry's midnight date is dangerous.
