ABOUT MATT

Matt is a College Recruiting Adviser and Motivational Speaker mentoring student-athletes and families on how to maximize their college recruiting journeys. Coach Matt has helped over 4000 families with their journeys to play college sports. He's also an author, having written the 5-star reviewed book Significant Recruiting: The Playbook for Prospective College Athletes, a step-by-step guide to maximizing student-athlete exposure to college coaches at colleges and universities throughout the United States. He has also published The Recruit’s Journal Series that are companion workbooks for families going through the college recruiting journey. He also works as a University Athletics Consultant training college coaches and athletic directors on recruiting, team-building, and program development, presently consults with a small community college on the West Coast helping them build their first Athletics Department and competitive sports program, hosts a podcast interviewing high school, college, and professional coaches and athletes -- Significant Coaching (& Recruiting) with Matt Rogers.
