You need to make sure that you are taking care of yourself so that you can be there for your loved one. Leah is passionate about helping caregivers!

After spending 20 years in marketing and communications, Leah was moved by her son's illness to return to graduate school to study the psychological implications of chronic illness on families. She is passionate about caregivers' mental health so that the whole family can thrive. She has her M.A. in Child and Adolescent Psychology from The Chicago School of Professional Psychology. She is in her second year of a Clinical Mental Health Counseling Master's program, so she will be a Licensed Professional Counselor.
Leah is now using her expertise and experience to help families manage the stress, anxiety, and fear that can come with a crisis or chronic illness diagnosis.
