Julie May has a goal to change the conversation around mastectomy swimwear.
In 2016 Julie started Uplift Swimwear, a specialised three piece swimsuit swimming costume designed specifically for women who have undergone this breast surgery. This clever design has extra versatility for women to build their confidence.
Julie will launch her swimwear line in October this year, in line with the national breast cancer awareness month here in Australia with her Nan there in spirit guiding her along.
