KL City FC is riding high on a 10 game unbeaten streak since drawing with defending champions JDT back in April and is currently sitting comfortably at sixth position in the Super League. Though they were unlucky to be drawing most of them it is still a remarkable run for a team that just got promoted this season.

Playing a big part in this is the team's captain marvelous Paulo Josue!

This season will be Josue's fifth year playing for the City Boys. Ever since arriving from Brazil in 2017, he has been an ever mainstay in the team and this year, he was given the honour of taking over the captain armband. As evident from KL's recent run, Josue has played an outstanding role both on and off the pitch.

So we took the opportunity to chat with Josue, we wanted to understand what has been going behind the scene that has led to KL resurgence this season and also in his own words, what makes a leadership example.
