Welcome back to the Body Wisdom Podcast!

Do you ever feel as though when you get triggered… you get a feeling in your body that makes you want to run or fight back?

If so, you are NOT alone! I work with so many women that feel as though they are living in this state of reactivity. In today’s episode, I am breaking down what happens to your body when you are triggered into the fight or flight nervous system response. I also provide you with four different tools to be able to soothe your body when you are triggered into the sympathetic response.
