3 Lessons I have Learned through Grieving the Loss of My Dad

Welcome back to the Body Wisdom Podcast!

In this episode, I am sharing a vulnerable story about when I lost my dad to his battle of stage IV kidney cancer in 2021. My dad was my rock and made me feel so grounded. His loss was a very profound moment in my life and I learned so much through the grief journey. Today, I am sharing 3 lessons that I learned from this difficult chapter.

Tune in to discover:

-My vulnerable story about watching my dad navigate his cancer journey and ultimately his passing

-The importance of allowing our pain to lead to growth

-How nervous system regulation is an important aspect of navigating grief

-Sitting with uncomfortable feelings

-Healing old wounds through grief

-Finding joy in the midst of loss and holding duality in your body

My grief journey was a huge inspiration behind my business and how I serve women which is why I created an accessible membership for those looking to create safety within their bodies.

Resilient & Resourced is my new heart centered membership that will help you create safety in your body, release stuck emotions, & heal so that you can become the strongest version of yourself!
