This episode is an interview with Hannah Davidson, a doula and health worker in New York City. In this episode, we discuss Hannah’s first introduction to dieting, her family's complicated relationship with bodies and health, and her personal experience and education in the health system. She talks about her work as a doula and her experience with women and families going through the adjustment of childbirth, as well as the issue of miscarriage and the stigmas and shame around the issue. She discusses her personal experience with miscarriage and shares resources for those struggling with the same thing.
