Lacole Whitfield is a licensed insurance agent, author and agent mentor. She has a background in various sectors of the banking and financial services industry including, sales, personal and home equity financing.


After the 2008 market crash, she was forced to pivot making a change in career paths. An opportunity presented itself in a different facet of finance - Risk and Wealth Management, Distribution & Estate Planning. Upon working with a well known Fortune 100 company, Lacole quickly learned that she loved the role and became quite passionate about helping communities establish legacy and financial freedom. In recent years, she found it more suitable to start and operate her own financial services agency/firm, and in addition she now mentors agents seeking to know more about the role, and grow their practice independently.
