“Creating a healthy space for Black men to grow” As a boy growing up in the island of Jamaica, I was always surrounded by Black men including my Dad, seven uncles & both grandfathers. These men helped frame the complex & sometimes unhealthy narrative I held about what it meant to be a Black man. As I got older, the lens through which I saw myself changed. Life & its experiences helped mold my new found truth and now I am bringing everything to the table. This podcast is about unpacking the layers behind what it means to be a Black Man and starting healthy conversations that allow us to grow. 🎙

MANHOOD: THE PRESSURE OF TURNING 30
For this week’s episode I get a bit more personal and talk about the journey towards hitting 30. It’s a discussion on the pressure of entering a new phase in life and how comparison can really rob you of the joy of being present.
