 I know it sounds straightforward.   If you have trouble moving.....it should be easy to spot.  Right? Not always.   Most people are not paying attention to how they move.   Exercise can be an excellent tool to flush out what is tough to control.   And control is ultimately what we are looking to keep as we age.   Muscle, strength, balance..... it all starts with control.
