You've got it all wrong, you've all got it wrong. The real story of the 2022 draft tells of a General Manager in Brandon Beane who had a hole at cornerback that needed filling and he filled it. That's the story. And the moral of the story is that If you have a need at a position heading into a draft, you are best served, most likely to exit that draft having filled the hole, by taking out insurance, that is, by double dipping.
