Hen earned her IFBB Bikini Pro Card in 2022. She had been working towards this goal for over 4 years and she finally achieved her dream in the Evls Prague Pro Qualifier.

In this episode the pair talk through Hen's entire journey to achieve the Prestigious IFBB Pro Status, the ups & downs and what it was like to achieve the dream.

Hen is now in prep for her first full season as a pro bikini athlete so she chats about how she's feeling and we hear some laughs about bikini girl mishaps along the way!
