"She is Chella" is an all around entertainer from the DMV, particularly Uptown, DC. She is a singer, songwriter, and dancer. She Is Chella also dabbles in the behind the scenes as she has taken on the business of beauty, doing hair & makeup. She is truly an all around artist!
