In this episode, we look at two videos: one by Tucker Carlson, who argues Israel cannot be the chosen people of God, and one by Gavin Ortlund, who argues that Gentiles are now the true Israel, therefore Israel as a nation loses its significance. We break both of these arguments down and look at what Scripture has to say on the issue.

In this episode, we examine the claim that the land promise in the Abrahamic covenant has already been fulfilled. Joshua 21:43 states that "the LORD gave to Israel all the land that he swore to give to their fathers." Does this mean that futurists are incorrect when they say that Israel can expect a return to the land of their forefathers?

Recently, Tucker Carlson and Ted Cruz debated whether Christians should support modern Israel by arguing about Genesis 12:3. Here is a brief review of the comments, along with the biblical information on the applicability of the Abrahamic covenant today. Is it still true that those who bless Israel will be blessed and those who mistreat them will be cursed? Let’s look at what the Bible says.

In arguing that Gentile believers ought to be considered as True Israel, one of the most significant passages discussed is Galatians 3. In Galatians 3, Gentile believers are called sons of God and the offspring of Abraham. These phrases also refer to Israel in the Old Testament. Does this mean that Gentiles are pictured as the spiritual Israel?

In this video, Peter walks through an article by Rodney Decker on the issue and tries to help believers understand some of the issues that are at stake in these end-of-life decisions. The final conclusion? Although cremation is very popular today, perhaps we ought to rethink how we make that decision.
